Professional Team Assessment

Are you ready to showcase your therapy or facility animal team’s preparedness to work effectively in your professional setting? AAAIP offers the first-of-its-kind, in-person evaluation tailored specifically for professionals like you. This unique opportunity allows an experienced assessor to observe and evaluate you and your animal in action, right at your workplace.

Upon successful completion, you'll earn a certificate recognizing you as a Professional Therapy Animal Team—a credential valued by insurance providers when securing professional liability insurance. Note that as of 2025, this opportunity is only available to AAAIP members who have earned their AAI Specialist certification (C-AAIS).

The Magic Scholarship Fund is a program established by Dr. Aubrey Fine in memory of his therapy dog, Magic, for AAAIP members and Pet Partners volunteers. Funds are to be used for professional development in the field of animal-assisted interventions. Learn more.

All-Access Membership Level: $299 (per year for one individual)

Digital Membership Level: $199 (per year for one individual)

Refund Policy
Please contact AAAIP if you would like to cancel your membership. You are eligible to receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees if you contact AAAIP support within 30 days from the start of your membership. We are unable to offer a refund after 30 days. Members who opt for the monthly payment option are not eligible for any refund and by selecting the monthly-payment option, agree to pay the entire membership fee over 12 months or sooner.
